All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased.

Due to the nature of our product (personal-use makeup brush cleaner), we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence, and we will review your case for a possible replacement.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BrushLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
